when can i join THE COURSE?

By Design is open for enrolment year-round, so you can join whenever you’re ready and progress at your own pace. Plus, you’ll have access to monthly live support calls and a private community for Q&A and ongoing guidance until the end of 2025.

WHEN ARE THE live CALLS?

As we have a global community, call times vary to accommodate different time zones. If you can’t make it live, all calls are recorded and uploaded to the learning portal. You can also submit questions in advance through the Q&A thread, and I’ll personally answer them on the call - with timestamps provided so you can easily find what’s relevant to you.

WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION THAT NEEDS ANSWERING IN BETWEEN THE live CALLs?

You’ll have 24/7 access to the community Q&A thread, where you can post questions, get support and connect with others as you work through the material - and I’ll answer within 24 hours during office hours Monday to Friday.

HOW MANY HOURS A WEEK SHOULD I SET ASIDE FOR STUDY?

That depends on your learning pace and how quickly you want to complete the program. If you aim to complete it in 12 weeks, plan for 30 minutes to 3 hours per week depending on the module and live calls. However, you have lifetime access, so you can go entirely at your own pace.

DO YOU HAVE AN ADVANCED TRAINING OR A LEVEL 2?

No - because you get everything in one comprehensive program. Unlike other programs that break it into levels, By Design includes foundational and advanced training in one place - so you won’t need to invest in another course later.

There are also bonus modules covering advanced topics like Connection Charts and Variables (Environment, Determination, Motivation, Cognition). Plus, you’ll have access to ongoing updates, new content and live support calls at no extra cost until the end of 2025.
