HUMAN DESIGN BREAKDOWN: SPENCER PRATT
If you’d told my younger, Hills loving self that I’d be emotionally invested in Spencer Pratt’s morning espresso routine set to Taylor Swift, burrito waving to Enya and his deep, spiritual connection with hummingbirds - I just know she would have had her eyebrows raised at my judgement. And yet, here we are. I followed him on Snapchat over a year ago, drawn in by his unfiltered daily updates and when the devastating Californian fires tore through his family’s life earlier this year, I watched it unfold in real time through his perspective. What’s happened since? A cultural resurgence no one saw coming - except maybe his Human Design chart, which explains everything.
From being one of the most hated figures in reality TV to an adored millennial icon in a matter of weeks, Spencer has done something extraordinary. Not only has he invited people into the raw heartbreak of losing his home, but he’s also channeled his signature energy into the most Spencer Pratt thing ever - gathering people into what he’s lovingly dubbed ‘The Group Project’ to catapult Heidi’s 15-year-old album to number one globally and land her not only a collab with Pitbull and Avril Lavigne - but a spot on the Billboard charts for the first time. And the reason it’s worked? His undeniable Manifesting Generator energy and unique genius.
He’s a Manifesting Generator.
MGs are the multitaskers, the dynamos, the people who do things their own way and make it look easy (even when it’s not). They’re fast-moving, endlessly energetic and here to respond to life in the moment. Spencer’s ability to pivot from reality TV villain to self-aware internet icon is peak MG behavior. The speed at which he’s rebuilt not just his life, but an entire cultural narrative around himself? Classic MG. His success isn’t linear - it’s a constant dance of trial, error and lightning-speed redirection. One minute, he’s selling crystals. The next, he’s leading a social media revolution to make Heidi’s pop star dreams a reality and taking on the city of LA on behalf of his beloved Palisades. What I also LOVE is that my archetype name for the MG is The Hummingbird - and Spencer has a deep affinity with them. He really is living out his design in all ways!
“My hustle is just too crazy! I’m trying to take over the world.”
He’s a 3/6 Profile.
The 3/6 profile is all about trial and error in the first part of life (hello, The Hills era), then stepping into wisdom and leadership as they mature. Spencer’s first act? Chaos. He lived every possible ‘what not to do’ scenario, made the mistakes publicly and burned bridges left and right. But now, on the roof of his 3/6 journey, he’s taken all that lived experience and turned it into something meaningful. He’s showing up with humor, wisdom, and a whole lot of realness, and people love him for it. What I also love is how he has been able to use his experience that he gained in the first phase and leverage it now when he needed it the most. Not only that, people really ARE looking to him to lead the community back to full prosperity. He’s been out marching to save the beach from toxins, he’s leading the charge with a law suit against the state AND the most important place he leads - his home. It’s actually so beautiful to see how much of an incredible father and husband he is. In fact, I could barely find a photo online of him not with Heidi and the boys, a true testimony to his character.
“What we learned is: you can be too famous.”
He’s a Sacral Authority.
Spencer doesn’t second-guess himself. He moves based on what feels right in the moment, and that’s the signature of a Sacral Authority. There’s no overthinking, no hesitation - just a deep, body-led response that guides him. When the fires happened, he didn’t sit and strategise; he shared, he connected, he moved. And when he saw the opportunity to rally people around Heidi’s music, he jumped in fully, because that Sacral ‘yes’ was loud. That kind of instinctive, in-the-moment action is why people trust him - because he trusts himself. I’ve seen him get an idea, and act on it. I’ve seen him get feedback or a suggestion from his fans, and act on it. He gets that response and immediately goes into action with the kind of confidence and courage I only dream of having (like DMing every celebrity he can think of to ask them to play Heidi’s music or collab).
“I don’t have to have talent. I just need to have auto-tune and be allowed to have the hottest track in the game, and my swag.”
His Genius:
Beyond his type and profile, Spencer’s Human Design channels reveal even more about why this all makes sense:
The Channel of Structuring – He has a gift for translating unique insights into something people understand. His way of explaining life (whether it’s hummingbirds, TikTok algorithms, or Heidi’s pop career) just lands.
The Channel of Charisma – This is the MG channel of pure magnetism, and Spencer radiates it. When he’s passionate about something, you feel it, and that’s why people can’t help but be drawn into whatever he’s doing.
The Channel of Focus – When Spencer locks onto something (like getting Heidi’s album to the top of the charts), he’s all in. This is why ‘The Group Project’ took off—it had momentum, and Spencer kept the energy high.
The Channel of Inspiration – He sees the world differently, and his ability to articulate that perspective in a way that makes people think (and laugh) is why he’s built such a loyal audience.
There’s a reason why, in a matter of weeks, Spencer Pratt has gone from a former reality TV villain to one of the most beloved internet personalities of the year. His Human Design explains it all - his magnetic energy, his ability to rally people, his gut-led decisions, and his natural charisma. And honestly? Watching him navigate life with so much authenticity, humour, and heart has been the unexpected joy of the year.
So, if you haven’t already, I highly recommend joining ‘The Group Project.’ Or, at the very least, grabbing an espresso, putting on a Heidi Montag playlist and appreciating the chaotic, charismatic genius that is Spencer Pratt.
